The construction of this listed coastal and stone-built property dates back to 1900.
Its initial use was as a luxury residence, while later it had a remarkable role in the local commercial activity as a raising warehouse, during the heyday of the coastal front of Agio. One reason it was chosen to house the Primarolia Art Festival.
