Education Requirements

Communications Manager Roles & Responsibilities
• Oversee all internal and external communications for GSH, ensuring its message is consistent and engaging
• Marketing budget development and cost tracking plus priorising needs
• Develop and implement effective communication strategies that build customer loyalty programs, brand awareness, and customer satisfaction
• Plan and manage the design, content, and production supervision of all marketing materials
• Lead the marketing and public relations staff
