We are looking for a dynamic Executive Housekeeper to be responsible for coordinating all departmental functions. Directs, implements, and maintains a service philosophy, which serves as a guide to the respective team.
About the role:
-Responsible for assuring attentive courteous and efficient service in the department while maintaining adherence to budgeted payroll and overhead cost.
-Lead and inspire the in property HK team, to deliver a consistent level of service
-Accountable for short- and long-term planning and the management of the hotel’s HKDepartment
-Develop and recommend the budget, labour cost plans and objectives and manages within those approved plans
-Coach and counsel team members to reflect SOPs service standards and procedures
-Able to convey information and ideas clearly
-Able to evaluate and select among alternative courses of action quickly and accurately
-Track record of experience in the luxury end of the market
-Area hotel experience and / or knowledge is highly desirable.
-The ability to improve and maintain high service standards.
-Pre-opening experience is highly desirable.
-A self-motivated, driven, results orientated, and proactive attitude is required.
-Leadership skills to motivate and develop the department and to ensure accomplishment of goals. Able to set priorities, plan, organize, delegate and control.
