Night Auditor
Job Brief and Purpose:
The Night Auditor is responsible for ensuring that the night operation of the hotel is to the highest standard. With a detailed knowledge of the hotel and its concept, you will carry out duties as directed by your manager, with a professional approach towards our guests, members and other employees.
Main Duties and Tasks:
-To perform and monitor day-to-day activities of the department including (but not limited to):
-Checking-in and checking-out guests and members
-Concierge-tasks
-Control of all operational and administrative duties at the reception and reservations
-Observance of order, cleanliness and safety in the public areas of the hotel
-Provide Management team with the daily Closing Reporting and Daily Snapshots
-In charge of the Health & Safety and well being of the Hotel and its Guests during the Night shift
Requirements
-Ability to work with little supervision and maintain a high level of performance
-Customer-oriented and friendly
-Attention to detail and a structured way of working
-Excellent English language skills
